Substrate Layer:
Utilizes standard paper-faced gypsum board as the carrier material; typically 9.5 mm or 12 mm in thickness, it features characteristics of being both lightweight and high-strength.
Functional Layer:
The front surface is covered with a decorative PVC film layer (0.2–0.5 mm thick), which is bonded to the substrate through a hot-pressing process.
The back surface is laminated with an aluminum foil layer, creating a dual-sided moisture barrier.
Decorative Layer:
Screen printing technology is employed to print logos and patterns onto the surface of the PVC film.
Supports the creation of surface films-via screen printing-that serve both protective and identification functions.
