We are proud to announce the successful completion, final testing, and official dispatch of our latest high-speed, fully automatic T grid production line to a prominent building material manufacturing conglomerate based in the Middle East. This milestone highlights our continuous technical innovation and reinforcing our position as a global leader in high-precision cold roll forming machinery.

Overcoming Traditional Bottlenecks with Intelligent Automation

The ceiling suspension system industry has faced growing pressure to increase manufacturing speeds while maintaining micro-level tolerances. Traditional T-bar machines often require separate lines for punching, or suffer from surface scratching on pre-painted capping strips.

Our newly dispatched fully automatic T grid production line comprehensively solves these industry challenges through several proprietary engineering upgrades:

Zero-Scrape Roller Geometry: The forming rollers, CNC-machined from premium vacuum-quenched Cr12MoV alloy steel, feature a specialized surface treatment. This guarantees that pre-painted white or metallic steel capping strips are formed without any scuffing, scratches, or coating delamination.

Synchronized High-Speed Servo Punching: Utilizing a state-of-the-art Mitsubishi PLC control system and high-speed servo tracking, the line processes Main Tees and Cross Tees with a continuous production velocity of 35 meters per minute. The interlocking slot-punching and end-lapping are performed mid-motion, maintaining an accuracy tolerance of within ±0.1mm.

Heavy-Duty Solid Shafts: Engineered with high-frequency quenched ɸ 50mm–60mm solid shafts, the roll forming structure eliminates structural vibration. This ensures perfect straightness and twist-free profiles even during 24/7 continuous industrial operations.

A Successful Virtual and On-Site Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

Due to international travel schedules, the client conducted a hybrid evaluation process, combining our live-streamed multi-angle video testing with an independent third-party on-site inspection. The production line ran continuously for 4 hours at maximum capacity, demonstrating flawless automatic stitching, precise fly-cutting, and rapid interlocking engagement.

"We are incredibly impressed by the structural rigidity of the machine, particularly the heavy-duty ɸ 60mm steel shafts and the seamless integration of the electronic control panel," stated the client's Chief Procurement Officer during the virtual sign-off ceremony. "This automation will allow us to replace three older, semi-automatic lines, significantly slashing our local labor costs and multiplying our output."

Expanding Global Horizons

As the global construction sector increasingly demands faster turnkey solutions for commercial skyscrapers, airports, and hospital grid ceilings, our factory remains dedicated to delivering scalable, high-ROI machinery.

The containerized shipment is now en route, and our overseas engineering team has already been scheduled to fly out for on-site commissioning, foundation layout matching, and operator certification training upon the machine's arrival at the destination port.
