PVC gypsum board (laminated gypsum ceiling tile) has high demand in the building decoration sector, due to its fireproof, moisture-proof and easy-to-clean features. The core system is an automatic PVC gypsum board production line which turns large-sized standard paper-faced gypsum boards into high value-added ceiling tiles via surface treatment, lamination, cutting and edge banding.
Core ProductionProcess
1. Loading system: automatically loads large boards (e.g. 1200mm x 2400mm) into the production line
2. Gluing & Laminating Sprays eco-friendly glue to the front surface for applying the PVC film, precisely, and laminates aluminum foil to the back surface (for increased moisture resistance).
3. Hot Pressing: The three layers of material are bonded together tightly without air bubbles using heated rollers.
4. Cutting System (Longitudinal & Transverse) High-precision sawing machines automatically cut large boards into standard sizes (e.g. 600x600mm, 603x603mm).
5. Edge Banding: To seal dust, and for looks, PVC or adhesive tape is applied to the cut edges.
6. Stacking & Packing: The finished products are automatically counted, stacked and sent to the heat-shrink packaging machine.
