Production Process Flow
- Board Feeding: The process begins with either manual or automatic feeding of standard paper-faced gypsum boards (e.g., 1220x2400mm).
- Dust Removal: The board surface is cleaned by a dust removal unit to ensure optimal adhesion for the subsequent lamination.
- Adhesive Coating: A specialized coating machine applies a uniform layer of adhesive specifically designed for PVC or aluminum foil films.
- Film Lamination: The PVC or aluminum foil film is unrolled and precisely laminated onto the gypsum board using a pneumatic composite system.
- Pressing & Drying: The laminated board passes through a series of pressing (cold and hot) and drying sections to ensure a strong, bubble-free bond.
- Automatic Cutting: The continuous laminated board is automatically cut into the desired tile sizes by a multi-blade cutting unit (e.g., with longitudinal and transverse cutters).
- Stacking: The finished ceiling tiles are automatically stacked and prepared for packaging.
