Technical Process Flow

 

The production process is a seamless sequence of operations designed to bond the PVC film to the gypsum board substrate perfectly.

1. Feeding & Infeed

Standard gypsum boards are loaded onto the infeed conveyor.

An automatic alignment system ensures the boards are centered before entering the coating section.

2. Glue Application (Coating)

The boards pass through a precision glue coater (roller coater).

A uniform layer of high-strength adhesive is applied to the surface of the board. The thickness of the glue is automatically controlled to prevent waste and ensure strong bonding.

3. Film Lamination

The PVC film is unrolled from a tension-controlled release unit.

4. Curing & Heating

The laminated boards enter a heating section or curing tunnel.
