2. Glue Coating & Drying Device

Uniform roller coating of environment-friendly water-based adhesive on board surface, followed by short hot air drying to activate glue viscosity, avoiding film peeling.

3. PVC Film & Aluminum Foil Unwinding Rack

Double-station unwinding structure supports PVC decorative film on front side and waterproof aluminum foil on the back side. Synchronous speed control matches lamination speed to prevent film wrinkling.

4. Pneumatic Hot Laminating Machine

Core equipment of the whole line. Heating pressure rollers combine PVC film and gypsum board tightly at constant temperature. Frequency conversion synchronous regulation ensures lamination speed 3–15m/min, effective working width up to 1300mm, no warping or empty sticking.

5. Precision Secondary Cutting Unit

Multi-blade vertical + horizontal cutting saws cut laminated large boards into finished ceiling tiles of standard sizes: 595×595mm, 600×600mm, 603×603mm. Matched dust collector reduces workshop dust pollution.

6. Automatic Edge Sealing Machine

PLC-controlled edge wrapping seals four sides of tiles with waterproof tape to stop moisture penetration, improving service life in humid environments. Processing speed reaches 25 pieces per minute.

7. Auto Stacking & Thermal Packaging Machine

Finished tiles are automatically aligned and stacked; PE heat-shrink packaging unit packs products tightly for transportation, packaging efficiency up to 500 packs per hour
