The paper-faced gypsum board production line mainly consists of a paper feeding system, a powder feeding system, a water supply system, a foaming system, a forming system, a conveying system, a transfer system, a drying system, a heating system, a length-keeping system, a dust removal system, and a control system. The paper feeding system uses a paper-jointing method and a correction mechanism; its scoring aids subsequent trimming and shaping. The powder feeding system uses a quantitative feeder as its core to supply gypsum powder, in conjunction with a pneumatic unloader. The water supply system uses a heat exchanger and a metering pump. The foaming system uses a constant pressure device to supply air and a dedicated pump to supply foaming liquid, allowing the foaming liquid to enter the slurry.

The forming system uses a stainless steel vertical mixer and a stainless steel pneumatic plate forming machine, replacing the pressure roller with a plate forming machine. The conveying system includes a conveyor and a waste board cleaning machine. The transfer system uses a non-powered fast-feed mechanism, and corresponding improvements have been made to each assembly.

The drying system uses a radiator structure, enabling layer and section temperature control, and is equipped with an air distribution system to regulate the temperature of each layer. The heating system uses an organic heat carrier furnace, employing coal, oil, or gas as fuel and thermal oil as the heat transfer medium, utilizing a flue gas heat exchanger.

The length-fixing system consists of a flipping machine and a palletizer. The dust removal system uses an electronic pulse bag filter, equipped with a dust collection auger for dust removal. The control system employs computerized programming control and uses frequency converters, solid-state relays, photoelectric sensors, and other devices to achieve automatic operation.
