Production Process

 

The production line executes a streamlined, multi-stage process:

 

Automatic Feeding

Raw paper gypsum boards are loaded onto the line's conveyor system.

Surface Treatment

The board surface is prepared to ensure optimal adhesion for the lamination process.

PVC & Foil Lamination

A PVC decorative film is precisely applied to the top surface, while an aluminum foil sheet is simultaneously laminated to the bottom. This is achieved through a heated pressure roller system.

Curing & Cooling

The laminated board passes through a cooling section to set the adhesive and ensure a strong, permanent bond.

Precision Cutting

An automated cutting unit trims the continuous board into individual ceiling tiles of the pre-set dimensions.
