A gypsum powder production line is a production line that processes gypsum into gypsum powder. Based on the different applications of gypsum powder, gypsum powder production lines are mainly divided into building gypsum production lines and desulfurization gypsum production lines. Building gypsum production lines utilize domestically mature process equipment, such as vertical roller mills and fluidized bed furnaces. Their equipment features include simple and compact structure, high production capacity, robustness, small footprint, low energy consumption, and ease of operation.
Desulfurization gypsum production lines are mainly used in power plants. To improve flue gas desulfurization efficiency, the desulfurization process technology requires high content and fineness of limestone powder and calcium oxide used for desulfurization. Vertical roller mills are particularly suitable for high-volume crushing and grinding of limestone and quicklime in desulfurization gypsum production lines. According to process requirements, building gypsum production lines typically consist of five parts: a crushing system, a storage and conveying system, a grinding system, a calcination system, and an electrical control system.
