The operating principle of the PVC gypsum board laminating machine involves the automatic and continuous surface lamination of board materials.
Its typical workflow proceeds as follows: after being cleaned by a dust removal and suction mechanism, the substrate to be processed enters a gluing unit where adhesive is applied uniformly. It then passes through an adhesive drying unit to bring the glue to an optimal state for bonding.
Subsequently, the laminating material-unspooled from a dispensing mechanism-is bonded onto the board. The assembly then sequentially passes through cold-pressing, hot-pressing, and re-pressing mechanisms to ensure a firm and secure bond.
Finally, an automatic cutting mechanism severs the material, thereby completing the lamination process. The entire workflow is driven by a transmission system, enabling continuous, automated production.
