Key Production Processes

 

The production line operates through a synchronized, automated sequence to ensure efficiency and quality:

  • Automatic Board Feeding: The process begins with the automatic (or manual) feeding of raw gypsum boards onto the conveyor line.
  • Surface Cleaning: A dust removal station cleans the board surface to ensure optimal adhesion for the lamination process.
  • Adhesive Application: Specialized glue for PVC or aluminum foil films is applied uniformly to the board surface.
  • Film Lamination: The machine automatically unrolls the PVC or aluminum foil film and uses pneumatic pressing to laminate it onto the gypsum board.
  • Automatic Flipping & Double-Sided Coating: For double-sided tiles, the board is automatically flipped, and the coating/lamination process is repeated for the reverse side.
  • Precision Cutting: The laminated boards are cut into standard tile sizes (e.g., 600x600mm) using a multi-blade cutting system (typically 3 longitudinal and 5 transverse blades).
  • Dust Extraction: An integrated pulse bag dust collector with a high-power fan captures dust generated during cutting, maintaining a clean production environment.
  • Automatic Stacking: Finished tiles are automatically stacked and prepared for packaging.
